We have a full-time construction crew of 25 master carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, tile setters, flooring experts, framers, roofers and masonry workers in addition to our skilled subcontractors.

MICHAEL DAVYDOV, MBA, Principal - Licensed, Insured and Bonded General Contractor and Construction SuperintendentMichael is a Licensed General Contractor and Construction Superintendent with over 22 years of professional experience in the building industry. Michael is a foundation and structural expert with a keen understanding of efficient construction management. His specialties include multistory building construction from ground-up as well as custom penthouses, duplexes and loft conversions. He leads and supervises the construction crew while working very closely with our architects and subcontractors.

DANIEL KOZLOV, MBA, Principal - Licensed, Insured and Bonded General Contractor. Daniel is a licensed general contractor who works very closely with our designers and fabricators. His expertise ranges from working on residential renovations and combinations and high-end commercial renovations to duplex penthouses and loft conversions. Daniel has been a featured renovation expert in the New York Times and The Real Deal Magazine's 100th issue.

Ricardo Lopez - Master Carpenter, Lead Foreman
Ricardo is well-rounded construction specialist. He is a very talented skilled hands-on tradesman who is extremely detail-oriented. Ricardo has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction field. Ricardo works closely with the subs. Total manpower of over 100 skilled workers.
